Hello everyone, my name is Francesc Jakupovic, and I work as a senior instructor here at Shannon River Adventure. I have a degree in Physical Activity Management in the Natural Environment and a Higher Technician in Teaching and Socio-Sports Animation. I enjoy practicing different sports, especially those involving mountains. I’ve been climbing as an amateur for seven years, in its various forms. I’ve also been hiking and trekking with a scout group in my hometown since I was eight years old, and I’ve also practiced mountain biking in its various forms (downhill, trail). Among other qualifications, I also hold a Level 1 Sports Technician in Soccer. I’ve been practicing this sport since I was six, even participating in semi-professional competitions. I’d also like to highlight my love of water sports, among which I highlight kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing as my favourites.
I’ve been working at Shannon River Adventure for the past 5 years and it’s been a great experience to reaffirm the passion I feel for this job and thanks to it I’ve also been able to discover new things.
