Lovely, organised reception upon arrival. Children were immediately led to the changing area. Wet activities to start – excellent, clear explanations given on health and safety. Throughout activities, all staff were respectful, helpful and very encouraging towards the children and teachers alike. Transition between activities was well orchestrated with tea/coffee facilities accessible at all times during the day for adults. Children reported positively on each activity. Some quotes from children: “lots of games”, “well-organised, good-humoured instructors”, “Hot showers were great”, “Climbing wall was challenging”. Thank you!!
