Ladies on the Lake
Ladies! Looking for some fun while learning new skills – and getting some exercise while you’re at it? Well, we have the very activity for you – Kayaking on the River Shannon.
Sessions starting Wednesday 6th July
• Wednesday evenings 6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Learn basic water safety and paddling skills while taking in the beautiful scenery of Lough Bofin.
• All necessary equipment provided including, wet suits, buoyancy aids, helmets (wearing a wet suit optional)
• Changing facilities
• All sessions led by friendly, qualified instructors
• €20.00 each per session – booking in advance essential
