We’re delighted to launch our NEW fully immersive camp as Gaeilge!
Our Gaeilge camp experience brings the magic of the Gaeltacht right to your doorstep offering a blend of language learning, song, dance, drama and outdoor activities delivered by experienced Múinteoirí who are passionate about the Irish language and heritage.
The Easter Gaeltacht is running Tuesday 2nd to Friday 5th April 2024, from 10.00am to 4.00pm per day. Our regular kids & teen camp is also running this week so there’s something for everyone in the family!
Ar Maidin: Ranganna Gaeilge
San Iarnóin: Gniomhaíochtaí & ag Spraoi
Over the 4 days there will be, among other activities, lively conversation, ceili, water activities, land games and activities. The week will finish with the island trip for craic agus ceol around the campfire.
The island trip is normally on Fridays and the children go to the island, about 1km upriver, on Canadian Rafts. During the trip there are games in the forest, fire-fried sausages, roasting marshmallows and chat around the camp fire. (the Island trip is weather dependent and we may change the day for the trip).
